Shipping

Our products are made to order and shipped within 5 business days, using USPS or UPS. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. All orders with the exception of stickers and decals will be trackable. You will receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If your order is returned to sender you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order.

 

Returns

Returns
You are eligible for a return within 7 days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us at info@lowclassoiltrash.com prior to shipping an item for return.

Refunds
As each item is made to order, refunds are offered only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at info@lowclassoiltrash.com within 7 days of receipt of the item.

When you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There may be a waiting period based on your financial institution or method of payment.

Exchanges
As each item is made to order, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and unworn. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lowclassoiltrash.com
