Shipping & Returns
Our products are shipped in 2- 3 business days using Canada Post. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. All orders with the exception of stickers and decals will be trackable. You will receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If your order is returned to sender you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order.
You are eligible for a return within 7 days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us at email@example.com prior to shipping an item for return.
As each item is made to order, refunds are offered only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the item.
When you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There may be a waiting period based on your financial institution or method of payment.
As each item is made to order, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and unworn. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 494-918 16 Ave NW Calgary Alberta, T2M 0K3.
